- What is your goal of the call? To get them to sign up, to submit an application, to add others at the dealership.
- What lifecycle stage are they in?. Have they engaged in marketing materials, is their account created, has someone else at their dealership created an account?
- What stage is Credit App currently in and what value does it bring to FM's? Are we moving portals, single POI link, shotgunning.
